I, ________________________________________ (print hunter’s name) hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied and contracted to participate in the sport or activity of hunting and/or fishing indicated above.  Further, I understand and agree that:
  1. 1. I am reserving my hunt with a $1,500 non-refundable deposit plus all licenses and applicable fees. In the event I cancel, I agree to do so at least 180 days prior to my scheduled hunt date. If you can rebook my hunt, my deposit may be applied to an alternate available date. The balance due on my hunt is due 120 days prior to my hunt start date. In the event you do not receive my balance 90 days prior to my hunt start date, I understand that my hunt reservation will be cancelled. I understand that all payments are due in US funds and are non-refundable. All payments will be mailed to: Wildlife Adventures International, Inc., PO Box 2240, Land O’ Lakes, Florida 34639. In the event I choose to place my deposit on my credit card, I will complete and sign a credit card authorization form and return it to BC Hunter/BC Fisherman, LLC as directed and I understand that my final payment must be made by check or money order, in US Funds.
  2. I freely accept all the risks associated with all aspects of this hunting and/or fishing adventure and agree that I will sign and return the Hunter Agreement and Confirmation Letter.
  3. I understand that Wildlife Adventures International, Inc. (“WAII”), reserves the right, in it sole discretion, to cancel any hunt with a full refund of the monies paid to WAII for the cancelled hunt.
  4. There are no representations, guarantees or warranties, whether stated or implied, given with respect to the number and/or species of animals I may see or harvest during my hunting and/or fishing trip.
  5. I will be required to carry proof of citizenship to travel to Canada. This proof of citizenship may be my original or certified copy of my birth certificate (with raised seal or stamp) issued by the County in which I was born (no footprint certificates), plus a photo ID (Government or State issued) or a passport.

I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS HUNTER RESERVATION AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS PRIOR TO SIGNING IT.  I AM MAKING THIS HUNT RESERVATION ON MY OWN BEHALF, VOLUNTARILY AND OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
