Terms for using BCHunter and Insider Access.

About the service
BCHunter provides planning information and comparison tools for British Columbia hunts and fishing trips. Content is general guidance. Trip availability, prices, licensing, regulations, safety conditions, and outfitter terms can change. Confirm current details with the relevant authorities and providers before making a booking decision.
Insider Access
Insider Access costs US$99 as a one-time purchase and provides 12 months of access after payment is confirmed. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The available tools and research may be updated during your access period. Your account is for your own use; keep sign-in credentials private.
Payments and access
When checkout is available, Paddle processes the payment and displays the final amount, including any applicable tax, before you pay. Member access begins when the payment is confirmed and associated with your account. If access does not activate, contact jen@bchunter.com with your purchase details. Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day refund for unused access and how to request one. Applicable consumer rights and the terms shown at checkout also apply.
No booking guarantee
Insider Access does not book a trip, reserve availability, guarantee hunting or fishing results, or replace direct discussion with an outfitter or other provider. You remain responsible for evaluating a trip, following current laws and regulations, and reviewing any separate agreement before paying a deposit.
Acceptable use and content
Use the site lawfully and do not try to access another member’s information, disrupt the service, or copy and redistribute paid member content. BCHunter owns or licenses the site’s text, design, and tools. You may use them for your personal trip planning during your access period.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update research, and maintain or change site features. If a material change affects paid access, contact us so we can address it. We do not promise that every page or feature will be available without interruption.
